Topsy
Breed: Female, Domestic Short Hair, Brown Tabby, Manx.
Bio: Topsy came to the shelter in 2017 as a 2 month old kitten. She had to have her tail removed and has neurological damage which causes her to have accidents. She is a very sweet but shy girl who doesn’t mind being petted and would love for you to visit her in the Hallway.
Medical Issues: No tail, neurological issues.
Likes: Loves people and food.
