Breed: Female, Domestic Short hair, Orange.
Bio: Penelope came to the shelter in 2013 at 1 year old. She isn’t consistent at using the litter box and was adopted and returned twice for having accidents and marking her territory. She is a very sweet girl who spends all of her time getting some sunshine and fresh air on the Catio. She would love for you to come visit her in the Villa Meow Room!
Medical Issues: FIV (Feline Leukemia) positive and some teeth were removed.
Likes: Loves spending time on the Catio.
